We are pleased to have the opportunity to organize the 7 th Industrial Electronic Seminar (IES 2005). The annually held National Seminar on the Electro-technical and Information Technology fields. Since started in 1999, this seminar become a major annual event, aiming to stimulate research, development, and the application electro-technical and information technologies and to advance nation -wide cooperation in related discipline.

In the 7 th Industrial Electronic Seminar (IES 2005), we had received 103 submission of full papers from several Institution including universities, research centre, and companies. In order to provide a quality seminar and quality proceedings, each papers were undergo the traditional double-bind review process. The technical program Committee finally select and accept 86 papers that met seminar criteria for presentation in the IES 2005. These papers will be presented in five parallel track, that divided into 18 sessions.

Finally, we would like to express out gratitude to all the contributor, technical program committee members, organizing committee members and sponsors, without whom the seminar would have been possible. We also hope that you enjoy the IES 2005 and will take the benefit from the IES 2005 and the proceedings.
